Bestevaer Motoryacht introduction at Boot Dusseldorf

Together with Dykstra Naval Architects we developed this design which has a recognisable look. Her bow with portholes and pilot house are the features most resembling a Bestevaer sailing yacht. A large aft deck with electric swimming platform, stowage for the dinghy and wide gangways are just some of the features making life easy on board.

Eeuwe Kooi, owner of KM Yachtbuilders: “Build from aluminium -which is in our DNA- it’s the perfect material to explore and make that trip to Norway or another remote area. Safety, comfort and ease of use are the most important aspects of this yacht. We hope to attract people like ex-sailors that are looking for a yacht to go exploring and making longer trips, but at the same time offers more comfort and space on board than what a sailor might be used to. A large salon with galley, separate steering position and two cabins with each their private wet cells ensure more comfort but also privacy on board when traveling with guests.”

Jildou Huisman, marketing & sales manager adds: “During Boot Dusseldorf we will have a scale model, a huge image on the standwall and a brochure ready for those that are interested in the Bestevaer 53 motoryacht. In case you wish to learn more, I’m happy to schedule a meeting during the show. But please also send us an e-mail for more information if you’re unable to visit us. More information will be posted soon online as well!”
