Echo Yachts’ two new catamaran superyacht concepts

Echo Yachts recently launched its Design Collection series, to which the Australian shipyard has now added two designs; a 27-metre catamaran motor yacht, and a shadow vessel.

The yachts’ exterior styling and layout come from the drawing boards of Misha Merzliakov Yacht Design and feature an extensive use of glass on the surface of the superstructure. Some of the new design’s standout features include a large beach club and aft entertaining space. In addition, a raised pilothouse provides 360-degree views and comes complete with a skylight.

So as to separate living and entertainment from sleeping quarters, most of this yacht’s staterooms are below deck and they include a master suite of over 50 square metres, which can come with a private owner’s den.

The shadow vessel can move at up to 25 knots and is highly functional with a helipad, a decompression chamber, gym, and extra quarters for crew as well as luxurious staterooms for guests. The layout and design are geared towards minimizing crewing requirements and operating expenses.
