Sirena Yachts will bring the new Sirena 58 Coupe to the Miami Boat Show. The first three units have already been sold, on paper.
The new arrival in the Sirena Yachts fleet is called Sirena 58 Coupe . It derives from the current 58 Flybridge, with which it shares the hull, but seeks its own characterization.
Inside, the new Sirena 58 Coupe has a bridge on one level , with no steps from the aft cockpit to the wheelhouse: the lack of the flybridge also allows the adoption of an optional double sliding sunroof .
Born for the USA
The 58 Coupe is the direct result of Sirena’s response to U.S. customers; who have expressed their preference for an express cruiser. The Sirena 58 flybridge is already the most successful yacht in the shipyard range; so we see no reason why the new version cannot be a bestseller.
The hull and superstructure design is by Germán Frers and features a vertical bow; a low freeboard and a hull suitable for rapid displacement, which allows a long range (over 900 miles, although in the following table we have removed a reserve of the 20%) at a speed of 10 knots . At the same time, the yacht is capable of reaching a top speed in excess of 26 knots .
Another difference between the 58 Coupe and the flybridge is on the main deck; since Sirena Yachts wanted to eliminate the natural division between the aft deck, the saloon and the wheelhouse, not only without steps , as mentioned above, but also without bulkheads. Not having the fly ladder certainly helped, as the designers were able to take advantage of the additional space by redesigning the entrance doors to the lounge and integrating the three areas. The kitchen benefits from the extra space in the form of an additional worktop and a freezer underneath.
On the lower deck , Sirena 58 is one of the few, perhaps the only boat of its size available with a layout with only two cabins. But obviously a more traditional solution with three cabins is available .
